Mary Mabry is Product Manager for Parking Solutions for Cardinal Tracking, Inc. She has 29 years of experience in the parking and transportation industry. Her experience includes working in operations for Winpark and working at three well known Universities in the Texas. She worked at the University of Texas Arlington managing parking for the Police Department for 24 years.  She managed Parking & Transportation for UT Dallas for two years and was the Associate Director for UNT for almost two years. Mary’s duties include overseeing the operations of Parking Services which includes planning, developing, and implementing industry solutions for the University community pertaining to parking and transportation requirements. 
Mary is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She has been an active member of the International Parking Institute since 2006 and serves on the Membership, State & Regional Committee and is co-chair for the 2014 IPI Host Committee Conference & Expo. She has been a member of the Texas Parking & Transportation Association since 1992, a Board of Director since 2008, and has served as the Marketing and Communication Chair for four years and secretary for the last year. 
Mary was the recipient of the 2010 Distinguished Service Award for TPTA and was a noted nominee for the IPI 2012 Professional of the Year. She has written several industry standard articles and the last five years has written the Spotlight segments covering the State Association accomplishments which have been published in The Parking Professional .
