Bill Herrel

Bill is a member of the TPTA as well as an NPA Certified Parking Professional in the parking industry. He has been an Account Executive with Associated Time Instruments for 20 years, and he has more than 35 years of experience in sales, business development and management. A large portion of his responsibilities with Associated Time Instruments involve customer service, project management and strategic planning. 

He has been a member of the TPTA organization for more than 19 years and has assisted with many conferences. He has enjoyed working on many of the Host Committees and taking on leadership roles to help ensure that the events have been successful. He served on the host commitee for the 2020 TPTA Evening Event and Conference. In addition, he served on the IPMI Host Committee when it was in Dallas, TX.
